What do you give voice to in your world? What point of view do your listeners infer from your way of communicating? Are your heart or humors moved by what you read and hear? Can your voice move others with words? Do people listen to what you say? Are you a good spokesperson for a larger life?

 

This class teaches you how to position your body, mouth and mind when your voice must carry a world of thoughts to distant listeners. In this age of anti pretense, simple, eloquent communications must command and cut through to move the human spirit. In this class, we extrovert your unique Inner Voice, via microphone and MP3, to touch our hearts, humors and human understanding. After each class, your recorded work plus my notes will be made available for further review.

 

A once a month weeknight workshop, utilizing microphone and playback, held at a private studio in West Los Angeles. $40 per class, open to eight participants. Private Coaching via SKYPE or phone, $25/quarter hour, $45/half hour, $90/hour. Once you're ready, Melanie will direct your demo: a 59 second sampler of your most sellable signature sounds, from which producers can hire you for radio, TV and narration jobs in any region.
